Refund Policy

We want every customer to be satisfied with their purchase.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will gladly replace the product or issue a full refund after reviewing your claim.

Because coffee is a perishable food product, we cannot accept returns or provide refunds for opened or used bags due to taste preferences or personal preference.

If your order has not yet been processed or shipped, you may request a cancellation for a full refund. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled.

To request a refund or report an issue, please contact us with:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Photos of any damaged or incorrect items (if applicable)

Refunds are issued to the original payment method and typically appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your financial institution.
